Come slow down.
Top Rated Campground + Farm on 60+ acres of Lowcountry land — canvas tents, RV sites, dark skies, and a herd of highland cows who everyone knows by name.
Real land. Real animals. Real quiet.
Outside Inn isn’t a resort. It’s a family farm in Santee, South Carolina — sixty-three acres of Lowcountry, a miles of fence line, and a barn that stays lit a little later than it should.
You can sleep in our glamping tent or pull your rig into a back-in site under the tall pines. You can wake up to baby goats and fall asleep to crickets. You can also do absolutely nothing — that’s the point.

The cows already remember everyone.
We came as strangers. We left as regulars. The barn at night is the most peaceful thing I’ve experienced in a long time — and Kyle is exactly as friendly as advertised.
Brought the camper for two nights and stayed four. Easy back-in, full hookups, and the kids didn’t ask for a screen once. Will and Sarah feel like old friends.
The canvas tent is something else. Real bed, real quiet, real stars. Coffee on the deck while the cows woke up was the moment my shoulders dropped.
Skip the middleman. We’ll treat you better anyway.
